In actuality it's probably cheapest to go directly through the airlines directly. I always check the expedia.com or one of those sites and then I see which airline has the cheapest airliner, and then I go to that airline's website and pick the same flights

I am planning to go on the Winter Wonderland of Canada and Alaska round that Scenic Tours have. From my location Sydney, Australia $5695 and i am wondering if that included airfare from Sydney to Victoria, British Columbia. But in the Itinerary it says
