I am troublesome to find a cheap ticket From Anc AK to Moscow Russia. I am going with a program International Language Program and they are telling me they can find tickets as low as $1457 but i keep looking for more wisely deals if i find a better one

The radius will be from about $ 750 (off-season) to roughly $1500 (you can find even more expensive :-). On Kayak I found $ 770 for November and $ 1400 for July.

I'm demanding to plan a solo trip to Europe for next February, when I turn 17. My parents are allowing me to go alone before I obtain into the Military. But personally, I don't know what I should be planing. I do know the countries I want to go to.
