Anyone flew with Thai Airways recently? How's the Inflight/Aircraft for Economy Class on a Long Haul Flights?

I'm planning to traverse abroad and considering to fly with Thai Airways. Can someone relates their most recent experience of the Inflight Services and Aircrafts second-hand for the Long Haul Sectors. Apparently, Thai Airways quote the best return airfare

Thai is a very kind airline with good food, very courteous and pleasant flight attendants, a good overall involvement. If in-flight entertainment is important to you, you might want to check the aircraft you'll be flying, on the newer 777's and A340-600's

No, I haven't. Managed to enrol without a fuss. If you're having any problems give them a ring and ask to book a ticket through them at the web price. Even if the web site's not working then you should still get the web rate because it's their problem.

I got a free round trip voucher on US Airways. Do I have to pay taxes and fees?

I got bumped from my lam out and had to take a later flight but got a round trip airfare with no blackouts to the 48 contiguous states. Do I have to pay additional taxes and airport fees when I lyrics my travel?

Yes. I moral did that on Alaska airlines and I paid about $65 in taxes and fees. I assume US airways will be similar in taxes, it very recently depends where you will be flying to I guess and what their local taxes are.
