Hello, Cogent day. Well, I planned to bring my girl friend from philippines to singapore for a visit. So can you help me to know the visa and other formalities for a filipino to tender singapore? this is the first time for her to travel other country.

There are no undeviating flights from Surigao City to Singapore. You have to come from via Manila or Cebu. For fares from Surigao to Cebu is approx PHP2,000-3,000 per man & from Cebu to Singapore is approx PHP15,000-18,000 on Cebu Pacific Airways.
