Anyone booked airfare throught orbitz or similiar sites?

I'm looking for airfare (Canada-Egypt) and the maximum effort prices I find are on websites like Orbitz. Are these legitimate sites? Has anyone booked through them before? Its considerably cheaper, up to $400 less.

Yes, they are categorically legit. I've booked with Orbitz, Travelocity, and Expedia, and have never had any trouble at all.

Does anyone know any place to find super cheap airfare...other than the weel known orbitz etc?

I admiration to travel and take classes in different places and I always find great accomodations, but just looking for cheap airfare

my boyfriend is flying from philly to chicago in december to get his daughter for a week for christmas and we are trying to lay money. she's only 2 but airlines still charge for a seat

Here are some tips for determination cheap fares:

-- Sometimes the internet is cheaper, sometimes the phone operators are cheaper, and sometimes travel agents are cheaper. Cease out all three to make sure you get the best deal.
